Ceylon Tea Trails Wins 2 Trip Advisor Travelersʼ Choice 2009 Awards

Ceylon Tea Trails, the worldʼs first tea bungalow resort connected by walking trails, situated in Dickoya; the heart of Sri Lankaʼs tea country, has won coveted 2009 TripAdvisor® Travelers’ Choice Awards in two categories Best Hidden Gems, Asia & Best All-Inclusive, World.

Each villa, built between 1890 and 1939, offers a taste of colonial living thanks to butler service & authentic period furnishings. Castlereagh and Summerville bungalows have lakefront positions, while Norwood has the best pool, with panoramic views. Tientsin is the most traditional colonial.

Opened by the tea company Dilmah, the resort will teach you everything you need toknow about the perfect brew. Guests are absorbed into life on a working tea estate, whilst revelling in five-star luxury.
